Where Will the Lord Jesus Return and Appear?

Do you know where the Lord Jesus will return and appear? I believe many people may say that, the Lord Jesus will return and appear in Israel because the first two stages of God’s work were done in Israel and the Bible prophesies, “And His feet shall stand in that day on the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall split in the middle thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south” (Zechariah 14:4). However, now the great disasters are going to occur and the prophecies of the Lord’s return have largely been fulfilled, but we haven’t seen the Lord appear in Israel. The Lord’s Appearance in China in the Last Days Fulfills the Biblical Prophecies

Is there a basis in the Bible for the Lord Jesus’ return and appearance in China? In fact, as for where the Lord Jesus will return, apart from in Zechariah 14:4, it is also prophesied in Malachi and Matthew. In addition, we all know that the prophecies in the Bible contain God’s hidden mysteries, so we cannot rely on our own personal meaning to explain them, nor can we interpret the scriptures based upon our literal understanding of the text. Only after the facts of God’s work are accomplished and become true can we understand the true meaning of the prophecies clearly.

In Malachi 1:11 it says, “For from the rising of the sun even to the going down of the same My name shall be great among the Gentiles.” Matthew 24:27 says, “For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shines even to the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” We can see clearly from these two verses that in the last days the Lord Jesus will return in the East of the world and that He shall make His name great among the Gentiles. The incarnated Almighty God began to appear in China in 1991, has performed the work of judgment beginning in God’s house, and has expressed all truths to purify and save mankind. This is akin to a great light appearing in the East of the world that illuminates this dark and evil world. In just over two short decades, Almighty God’s kingdom gospel has spread throughout mainland China, and millions of people have accepted Almighty God’s salvation of the last days. Now the words expressed by Almighty God have been translated into more than 20 languages and been posted on the internet. Many people who love the truth and yearn for God’s appearance recognize that Almighty God’s words are the truth and the voice of God, and so have turned to Almighty God, one by one. The facts have proven that Almighty God’s kingdom gospel has spread from the East to the West. This is complete fulfillment of the prophecy, “For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shines even to the west.” Furthermore, as is known to all, China is in the East of the world and it is also a Gentile nation governed by an atheist regime. Therefore, from the facts of Almighty God’s work, it can be seen that the Lord Jesus’ return and work in China entirely fulfills biblical prophecies.

Some people may ask: Jehovah God performed His work in Israel, and the Lord Jesus’ work was in Judea, so why doesn’t the Lord continue doing His work in Israel upon His return? God’s words have already revealed everything about this matter. Please read on.

Let’s first read two passages of Almighty God’s words. Almighty God says: “If the Savior arrived during the last days and were still called Jesus, and were once again born in Judea and did His work there, then this would prove that I only created the people of Israel and only redeemed the people of Israel, and that I have nothing to do with the Gentiles. Would this not contradict My words that ‘I am the Lord who created the heavens and earth and all things’? I left Judea and do My work among the Gentiles because I am not merely the God of the people of Israel, but the God of all creatures. I appear among the Gentiles during the last days because I am not only Jehovah, the God of the people of Israel, but, moreover, because I am the Creator of all My chosen ones among the Gentiles. I not only created Israel, Egypt, and Lebanon, but all the Gentile nations beyond Israel. Because of this, I am the Lord of all creatures. I merely used Israel as the starting point for My work, employed Judea and Galilee as the strongholds of My work of redemption, and now I use the Gentile nations as the base from which I will bring the entire age to an end.” “I will make all people know that I am not only the God of the Israelites, but also the God of all the nations of the Gentiles, even those that I have cursed. I will let all people see that I am the God of all creation. This is My greatest work, the purpose of My work plan for the last days, and the only work to be fulfilled in the last days.”

From God’s words we can see that one aspect of the meaning behind God returning to appear and work in China is to allow people to see that God is not only the God of the Israelites, but that He is also the God of all Gentile peoples and the Lord of all created beings. Because God’s first two stages of work were done in Israel, many people delimit God to being the God of the Israelites and to only being able to do His work in Israel, having nothing whatsoever to do with Gentiles; they determine that only the Israelites are truly God’s chosen people. By doing this, they are limiting God to the confines of Israel; God would have no place to stand amongst the Gentiles, and no one would acknowledge that God is the God of all mankind, that He is the one true God. So the Lord Jesus returns to appear and work in China to destroy everyone’s notions, so that people can actually see that God is not only the God of the Israelites, but also the God of all the nations of the Gentiles, and the God of all created beings. God is the God of all mankind. God not only saves the Israelites, but also saves the Gentiles. This accomplishes the work of “God is the Lord of all creation.” This is one aspect of the meaning behind the Lord Jesus returning to work in China. We can see from this that there is such great meaning behind God choosing to work in China, and that God is so wise and almighty!

As is known to all, China is a nation governed by an atheist regime and it constantly opposes God’s work. There is another meaning to God choosing to work in China. Let’s see what Almighty God says about this.

Almighty God says, “The Old Testament records Jehovah’s words to the Israelites and His work in Israel; the New Testament records Jesus’ work in Judea. But why does the Bible not contain any Chinese names? Because the first two parts of God’s work were carried out in Israel, because the people of Israel were the chosen ones—which is to say that they were the first to accept the work of Jehovah. They were the least corrupt of all mankind, and in the beginning, they were of a mind to look up to God and revere Him. They obeyed the words of Jehovah, and always served in the temple, and wore priestly robes or crowns. They were the earliest people to worship God, and the earliest object of His work. These people were the specimens and models for the whole of mankind. They were specimens and models of holiness, of righteous men. People such as Job, Abraham, Lot, or Peter and Timothy—they were all Israelites, and the most holy of specimens and models. Israel was the earliest country to worship God among mankind, and more righteous people came from here than anywhere else. God worked in them in order that He could better manage mankind throughout the land in the future. Their achievements and their righteous deeds in worshiping Jehovah were recorded, so that they could serve as specimens and models to the people beyond Israel during the Age of Grace; and their actions have upheld several thousand years of work, right up until today.”

“The work of Jehovah was the creation of the world, it was the beginning; this stage of work is the end of work, and it is the conclusion. At the start, God’s work was carried out among the chosen ones of Israel, and it was the dawn of a new epoch in the most holy of all places. The last stage of work is carried out in the most impure of all countries, to judge the world and bring the age to an end. In the first stage, God’s work was done in the brightest of all places, and the last stage is carried out in the darkest of all places, and this darkness will be driven out, the light brought forth, and all the people conquered. When the people of this most impure and darkest of all places have been conquered, and the entire population has acknowledged that there is a God, who is the true God, and every person has been utterly convinced, then this fact will be used to carry out the work of conquest throughout the entire universe. This stage of work is symbolic: Once the work of this age has been finished, the work of six thousand years of management will come to a complete end. Once those in the darkest of all places have been conquered, it goes without saying that it will also be so everywhere else. As such, only the work of conquest in China carries meaningful symbolism. China embodies all forces of darkness, and the people of China represent all those who are of the flesh, of Satan, and of flesh and blood. It is the Chinese people who have been most corrupted by the great red dragon, who have the strongest opposition to God, whose humanity is most base and impure, and so they are the archetype of all corrupt humanity. … It is in the people of China that corruption, impurity, unrighteousness, opposition, and rebelliousness are manifested most completely and revealed in all their varied forms. On the one hand, they are of poor caliber, and on the other, their lives and mindset are backward, and their habits, social environment, family of birth—all are poor and the most backward. Their status, too, is low. The work in this place is symbolic, and after this test work has been carried out in its entirety, God’s subsequent work will be much easier. If this step of work can be completed, then the subsequent work goes without saying. Once this step of work has been accomplished, great success will have been fully achieved, and the work of conquest throughout the entire universe will have come to a complete end.”

The words of Almighty God clearly tell us that, for every stage of God’s work, the kind of place is chosen based on the needs of His work. For example, in the Age of Law, Jehovah God worked in Israel; He used Moses to proclaim His laws and decrees and guided people in their lives on earth. In the Age of Grace, God incarnated into the form of the Lord Jesus and appeared and worked in Judea. His sinless flesh was nailed upon the cross, thus redeeming mankind from sin, so that they could be freed from the condemnation and curse of the law and continue living. These two stages of work did not involve changing man’s corrupt dispositions, so God chose to work amongst the Israelites who were the least corrupted, who both believed in and worshiped God, and who had God-fearing hearts. Performing His work amongst them, it was easiest for God to make a group of models and specimens to worship Him. Thus, God’s work could spread faster and more easily, so that the entire human race would know of God’s existence and God’s work, and so that more people could come before God and receive God’s salvation. Therefore, it was most effective, appropriate and meaningful for God to do the first two stages of His work in Israel.

Now in the last days, Satan’s corruption of people has grown deeper and deeper, so God expresses His words to judge and expose all of mankind’s various satanic corrupt dispositions, and He saves us from the bonds of sin once and for all and enables us to be purified. In the end He will utterly defeat Satan and save all of mankind, and conclude this age. If God did this work in Israel or any other country where people worship God and are easily conquered, then the significance of God’s work of conquest would be lost. Only by doing His work in the country that is most dark and most resistant to God, and by first conquering and completing the people who are the most filthy and corrupt—which is the equivalent of conquering all of mankind—can the work of conquest be meaningful, can Satan be utterly shamed and defeated, and can God truly gain glory. We all know that China is the darkest, the most backward nation that utterly refuses to acknowledge the existence of God. Since it took power, the CCP has always advocated atheism, materialism and evolutionism and doesn’t admit the existence of God. It practices satanic evil sayings such as “I am my own lord throughout heaven and earth,” “I am lawless, and I am a law onto myself,” “A man dies for money; a bird dies for food,” “Seize the day for pleasure, for life is short,” and more. It does all this so that it’s people don’t believe in God’s existence, and don’t know that they must believe in and worship God. Instead, they all take the pursuit of wealth, fame, fortune and status as their goals in life. They have become selfish, arrogant, greedy, and evil, and for the sake of their own interests, they vie with each other and try to outwit one another with deceptions. They don’t have the conscience and reason that a normal person should possess. The Chinese people are the most rebellious and have the worst God-resisting disposition of all mankind, and are the classic examples of corrupt mankind. Therefore, God’s work of conquest and judgment in China carries meaningful symbolism. God conquering and completing these people who are the most corrupted by Satan and who most resist God is what most shames Satan and is proof of God’s total victory over Satan. By conquering the people of China who have been corrupted most deeply, the peoples of other nations can then be more easily conquered. It is clear that the Lord Jesus returning to do the work of conquest and judgment in China is so meaningful, and it entirely reveals the wisdom and almightiness of God.

From the above fellowship, we can understand that the Lord Jesus returning to appear and work in China is to counter the notions of man and allow us to see that God is the God of all mankind. Besides, it is also to utterly defeat Satan and thoroughly save us from Satan’s domain.

It has now been almost 30 years since Almighty God began His work of the last days. God has made a group of overcomers in China and they have become an example and a model for God’s work of the last days. Now, God’s work in the last days will soon reach its end. Only by letting go of our own notions and not confining God’s work to a certain scope, and by actively seeking and obeying God’s work can we welcome the Lord’s return and gain the salvation brought by the Lord Jesus’ return. Just as Almighty God’s words say, “Regardless of whether you are American, British, or any other nationality, you should step outside the confines of your own nationality, transcending your own self, and view the work of God from the station of a created being. In this way, you will not place limitations on the footprints of God. This is because, nowadays, many people conceive it to be impossible that God will appear in a particular nation or among a certain people. How profound is the significance of God’s work, and how important is the appearance of God! How can man’s notions and thinking possibly take their measure? And so I say, you should break through notions of nationality and ethnicity in order to seek the appearance of God. Only thus will you not be constrained by your own notions; only thus will you be qualified to welcome the appearance of God. Otherwise, you will remain in eternal darkness, and never gain the approval of God.”
