As for which church will be raptured in the last days, Revelation clearly prophesies, “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things said He that is holy, He that is true, He that has the key of David, He that opens, and no man shuts; and shuts, and no man opens; I know your works: behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name. Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you. Because you have kept the word of My patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come on all the world, to try them that dwell on the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which you have, that no man take your crown. Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God: and I will write on him My new name. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches” (Revelation 3:7–13).

It can be seen from this that when God returns in the last days, He will appear to the church of Philadelphia, and that the church of Philadelphia is a church that is raptured in the last days. God has promised the church of Philadelphia an open door that no man could shut, which is the gate to the kingdom of heaven. And He has also promised that when people on the earth suffer trials, that is, when the great disasters befall, He will keep those in the church of Philadelphia from them. Therefore, only by finding the church of Philadelphia as prophesied in Revelation, will we be able to welcome the Lord, receive God’s promises and blessings, and be spared disasters.

How to Find the Church of Philadelphia, Which Is Raptured in the Last Days

How can we find the church of Philadelphia? The first thing we need to know is what features distinguish the church of Philadelphia. Actually, Revelation has told us clearly that the church of Philadelphia has four features.

1. “I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God: and I will write on him My new name” (Revelation 3:12). “My new name” mentioned here refers to the Lord having a new name when He returns, and since He has a new name, He cannot be called “Jesus” again. So, the church of Philadelphia is a church that accepts God’s new name.

2. “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches” (Revelation 3:13). This shows that when the Lord returns, He will express what the Spirit says to the churches. Therefore, the church of Philadelphia is a church that hears God’s voice and obtains His utterances of the last days.

3. “Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out” (Revelation 3:12). It can be seen that the church of Philadelphia is a church that produces a group of overcomers who are praised by God.

4. “I know your works … for you have a little strength, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name” (Revelation 3:8). “Because you have kept the word of My patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come on all the world, to try them that dwell on the earth” (Revelation 3:10). Under what circumstances must the word of God’s patience be kept? It surely happens when this way suffers persecution, objection, condemnation and rejection. In addition, since the Book of Revelation is a book of prophecies, the “word” surely refers to the word of the Lord Jesus when He returns. All of this shows that the church of Philadelphia is a church that is met with persecution, condemnation and rejection, yet keeps the word of God’s patience.

By looking at the four features above, we can see that the church which accepts God’s new name, hears God’s voice and obtains what the Spirit says to the churches, and that keeps the word of God and produces a group of overcomers is without a doubt the church of Philadelphia as prophesied in Revelation. So, when we find such a church as this, won’t we find the church of Philadelphia and be able to welcome the Lord?

The Church of Philadelphia Has Arisen

So, where can we find a church with these four features? As we all know, in recent years, only The Church of Almighty God has been testifying publicly that the Lord Jesus has returned as the incarnate Almighty God, and expressed the truth to do the work of judgment beginning at the house of God. Is The Church of Almighty God the church of Philadelphia? We will fellowship on this now.

1. The Church of Almighty God Accepts God’s New Name

The first feature of the church of Philadelphia is that it accepts God’s new name, that is, a name the Lord takes when He returns. When the religious world all clings to the name of the Lord Jesus, The Church of Almighty God openly testifies to the whole world that the Lord has returned and taken a new name, and that He is Almighty God, Christ of the last days. This has precisely fulfilled prophecies in Revelation. For example, “I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, said the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty” (Revelation 1:8). “And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunder, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God Almighty reigns” (Revelation 19:6). And in many verses, such as Revelation 4:8, 15:3–4, and 16:7, it is prophesied that the Lord’s new name shall be “the Almighty,” meaning Almighty God. We can therefore be certain that the name “Almighty God” is God’s new name the church of Philadelphia accepts, and that it is the name of God as He works in the last days.

Those who accept God’s new name—Almighty God—have welcomed the Lord, and belong to the church of Philadelphia, while those who don’t accept God’s new name haven’t welcomed the Lord. God’s new name is a name the Lord takes when He returns, and that which Christians of The Church of Almighty God pray to and call on is God’s new name—Almighty God. These Christians accept God’s new name as prophesied in Revelation, they belong to the church of Philadelphia, and they are recognized and approved by the returned Lord Jesus, Almighty God, Christ of the last days, so God has opened the door to the kingdom of heaven for them. Clearly, where the church of Philadelphia differs from the religious world is that it has accepted God’s new name and Christ of the last days, and has welcomed the Lord’s return; those who accept the Lord Jesus’ name but not God’s new name in the last days, haven’t welcomed the returned Lord and won’t receive God’s approval and blessings. 2,000 years ago, when the Lord Jesus came to work, God’s name was no longer called Jehovah, and only those who accepted the Lord Jesus’ name would receive God’s approval and salvation. Now, Almighty God, Christ of the last days, has appeared to do His work, and is guiding mankind in the name of Almighty God; only those who accept God’s new name, Almighty God, belong to the church of Philadelphia and have the chance to enter the kingdom of heaven.

2. The Church of Almighty God Obtains What the Spirit Says to the Churches

The second feature of the church of Philadelphia is that it obtains what the Spirit says to the churches, and what Almighty God expresses is just the Holy Spirit’s words to the churches. In 1991, Almighty God appeared and began His work in China. On the basis of the Lord Jesus’ redemptive work, Almighty God has carried out the work of judgment starting at the house of God and expressed millions of words to supply, judge, and purify man; most of His words are recorded in the book The Word Appears in the Flesh. Almighty God has unveiled the mysteries of God’s 6,000-year management plan, God’s names, God’s incarnation, and the Bible, as well as the inside story of the three stages of work. He has revealed the root of the world’s evil and darkness, the truth of mankind’s corruption by Satan, the various satanic corrupt dispositions within man, and the wrong viewpoints man has. He has told us what kind of people He likes or hates, what kind of people He perfects or eliminates, what true repentance is, what dispositional change truly means, what true faith in God is, and what it means to truly submit to God. And He also has told us how to establish a normal relationship with God, how to serve in line with God’s will, how to discern all kinds of people, how to become honest, how to experience judgment to be cleansed of sin, how to be saved and enter the heavenly kingdom, and how God determines the ends and destinations for various kinds of people. All of this is precisely the fulfillment of the Lord Jesus’ prophecies, “I have yet many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will show you things to come” (John 16:12–13), and “And if any man hear My words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejects Me, and receives not My words, has one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day” (John 12:47–48). If it were not for the Spirit of truth that has come, who could reveal the mysteries of God’s management plan to save mankind? Who could see into the truth and essence of mankind’s corruption? Who could expose the satanic nature hidden deep within man? Who could judge and expose man’s corruption and show him the way to attain full salvation? Who could thoroughly save man from Satan’s influence and purify him? Actually, there is no one but God Himself who could do all these things. Therefore, Almighty God’s words are the utterances of God Himself, and are what the Spirit says to the churches—this is for certain.

3. The Church of Almighty God Produces a Group of Overcomers

The third feature of the church of Philadelphia is that it produces a group of overcomers. Almighty God has been working for almost 30 years, and a group of overcomers have arisen in The Church of Almighty God. Those who pray and call in the name of Almighty God and who enjoy the words of Almighty God have been raptured before God’s throne. Through accepting and experiencing the judgment and purification of Almighty God’s words, they come to gain some true knowledge of their satanic dispositions such as selfishness, arrogance and craftiness, and to have new understanding of God’s will and requirements and His disposition. They then develop true faith in God and a heart of reverence and obedience to Him. They are able to obey God absolutely no matter how He works or speaks; whatever tribulations befall, they are able to keep God’s name, do not complain about or betray God, but continue eating and drinking God’s words. They perform the duty of a created being, are able to obey God until death, and have born beautiful and resounding testimony to God. These are the group of overcomes God has made in the last days.

Today, these overcomers’ experiential testimonies have been published online. Some bear testimony to experiencing judgment and chastisement and attaining faithfulness in performing their duties; some bear testimony to experiencing trials and refinements and achieving submission to and love of God; some bear testimony to relying on God to overcome the persecution of the religious world and the satanic regime and remaining steadfast in keeping God’s name and spreading the gospel…. Their victorious testimonies are an ironclad fact, which comports with the third feature of the church of Philadelphia.

Besides The Church of Almighty God, no other denominations have produced such a group of overcomers. Let’s think about it: In the religious world, does anyone have knowledge of God’s work and His disposition? Does anyone have a true understanding of their own satanic nature and essence? Is there anyone who does not complain against or betray God and can obey Him until death when tribulations and trials befall? Does anyone cast off the bonds of sin and attain purification? If someone doesn’t possess these realities of the truth, then he is not an overcomer. The only way to be made into overcomers by God is to accept the work of the last days done by the returned Lord—Almighty God, and experience the judgment and chastisement of His words. Overcomers are pillars in the temple of God, are praised and blessed by God, and are spared when the great disasters befall. These are God’s promises and blessings to those in the church of Philadelphia.

4. The Church of Almighty God Keeps the Word of God’s Patience

The fourth feature of the church of Philadelphia is that it keeps the word of God’s patience. Since Almighty God appeared and began His judgment work, He has been met with the frenzied condemnation and hunting from the CCP government; the CCP views Christ of the last days as the enemy, and in order to turn China into a godless region, it has taken many actions to suppress and persecute The Church of Almighty God, hoping in vain to ban the church. In addition, Almighty God has been subjected to the condemnation and resistance of the religious pastors and elders, to the point where they even have been on the CCP’s side, disseminating all manner of rumors and fallacies to discredit Almighty God’s work of the last days. This has precisely fulfilled the Lord Jesus’ prophecy, “For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines to the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in His day. But first must He suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation” (Luke 17:24–25). Almighty God, Christ of the last days, has been subjected to the frenzied resistance and condemnation from the CCP and the religious world. Those who accept and follow Him have thus suffered the CCP government’s arrests and persecutions, some being detained illegally, some tortured cruelly, some imprisoned, and some even maimed or killed. They have also been ridiculed, slandered, and beaten, and even handed over into Satan’s power by the religious world. Despite the condemnation and persecution from the CCP and the religious world, those in The Church of Almighty God who truly believe in God are able to keep the word of God’s patience. Under any circumstances, they don’t deny Christ of the last days, but keep the name of Almighty God, stay steadfast in their faith and love for God, and never yield to Satan even at the cost of their death. In order to preach the gospel and bear witness to God, and bring sincere believers in the Lord before Almighty God, they risk being arrested and imprisoned, and endure the slander and mockery of worldly people as well as the judgment and condemnation of the religious world. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit’s work, Almighty God’s kingdom gospel has spread to every corner of the Chinese mainland, and is expanding to all the countries and regions of the world; more and more people who thirst for God’s appearance have returned to Almighty God’s family one by one.

Christians in The Church of Almighty God are able to stand witness for God and keep God’s new name when suffering the frenzied condemnation and resistance from the satanic regime and the religious world, so they are those who keep the word of God’s patience. They are blessed by God, and when the great disasters befall, they will be protected by God. However, as for those who refuse to accept God’s work of the last days and who stand by the side of the CCP government and the religious world condemning and rejecting Christ of the last days, their deeds have nothing to do with keeping the word of God’s patience, and they will not receive God’s protection in disasters. God is righteous, and only those who accept Almighty God’s work and belong to the church of Philadelphia, and who keep the word of God’s patience and stand witness will be approved and blessed by God.

The above fellowship has surely allowed everyone to see that The Church of Almighty God is possessed of all features of the church of Philadelphia. This is proof that The Church of Almighty God is the church of Philadelphia prophesied in Revelation, and the raptured church in the last days.

Almighty God says, “The church of Philadelphia has taken shape, which is entirely due to the grace and mercy of God. Love for God arises in the hearts of the myriad saints, who do not waver on their spiritual journey. They hold fast to their belief that the one true God has become flesh, that He is the Head of the universe, who commands all things: This is confirmed by the Holy Spirit, it is as immovable as the mountains! And it shall never change!”

“Oh, Almighty God! Today it is You who have opened our spiritual eyes, allowing the blind to see, the lame to walk, and lepers to be healed. It is You who have opened the window to heaven, allowing us to perceive the mysteries of the spiritual realm. Being permeated by Your holy words and saved from our humanity, which was corrupted by Satan—such is Your inestimably great work and Your inestimably great mercy. We are Your witnesses!”

Now, the church of Philadelphia prophesied in Revelation has arisen, a group of overcomers have been made, and Almighty God’s work of saving mankind is about to end; disasters are occurring one after another. Only those who belong to the church of Philadelphia are people who will have the chance to be protected by God and gain His promises and blessings.
